To bad rebels!
Go Tigers!
Not very surprising, I thought it would be worse than that. Mississippi is going to have another losing year. It still irks me that we keep losing to them when we have the better program and team.

You do not lose to teams you are better than three times in a row. Face it Mississippi is the better team until the Tigers prove otherwise.
It sucks to say this but I agree. When teams are better they find ways to win against lesser competition. OM is better than us but still in the cellar of both the SEC and BCS.

This board doesn't like to admit things.

Agreed.

Orgeron 3, West 0. Orgeron made it clear he would not lose to MEMPHIS and he has not. Yes, that hurts but it is reality.

MEMPHIS could well have the better program at this point in time, and go bowling more often right now. But somehow the TIGERS just cannot beat Mississippi with Orgeron as their HC.

Some coaches just can't beat other coaches. Bear Bryant could NOT beat Ara Parseighan (Notre Dame). It happens.

Frankly, celebrating their losses smacks of sour grapes. Let's just focus on playing our schedule, winning, competing for the C-USA title, and going to a bowl game.

What really sucks is you have to realize one of three things are better. Overall program, talent or coaching. If O is better than W we are in big trouble.
I think O is a better recruiter than W by a wide margin. The stats don't lie. I'd take West when it comes to coaching a team by the same wide margin though.
Wrong. Memphis beat Mississippi's ass but lost the game. Green had almost as many yards on the ground against BCS Mizzou then Mississippi had against us all day. Besides 2 lineman on either side show me 2 players you would trade. Stars and ratings are for goofballs like Wineburger who have no idea what they are talking about.
But we have lost the last three to them so something is up.
I would trade for Ellis because i don't care what you say he's a better back than doss. I would trade for Hardy because at 6'5 he would be another huge weapon on offense. And i would trade for Chris Strong i don't care what any of you think but at 6'5 or so and 280 at lb thats huge and he would probably end up going on the dline. So there are players i would trade for but i like the guys on our team, but right to say the Tigers are the better team is crazy. The Rebels have beat us 3 times in a row now so right now they are better.
So explain UAB to me please.

You mean to tell me UAB has been the better team every year for the past 7 years?

I won't argue who has the better team between Memphis and the Rebels, but the best team doesn't always win the games.

If it was a blind squirrel finding a nut kind of win I would agree. 3 in a row and 450 or whatever UAB is now in a row means something more.
I personally celebrate everytime Ole Miss or Tn loses and it has nothing to do with our losing to them.
When we win, I still like for them to lose.
By the way, I agree they seem to have our number with O and that is indeed sad!
Most of the time the team with the best players will win, not always, but a majority of the time.

Why do you stop measuring at 3 games???? Go back 5 games...we are 2-3 against OM. Doesn't look so bad that way does it?

Then go back the last 10 games.
we are 3-7 in the last 10. This definitely shows a trend.
Heck, I can multi-task. I can celebrate our wins AND celebrate losses for UT and Ole Miss.

I told you so, Ole Miss. Love those Mizzou Tigers!
