3-0 over James Madison.

Sunday Bobcats host Rutgers.
We really killed JMU too.

Ohio won 30-20, 30-20 the first two games. JMU swept Rutgers so Ohio should have no problem tomorrow with the Scarlet Knights.

Ohio is more then ready for its 5th consecutive MAC Volleyball championship.
Coach Carlston of Ohio Volleyball talks about his loaded non-conference schedule this season featuring 7 schools in the top 25. He says he plays a difficult non conference schedule to prepare for the NCAA tournament. The Bobcats have won 51 consecutive matches at home, the nations longest winning streak.

OUr volleyball team is so awesome! i'm very proud of those women! they hit that ball so darn hard!

they are putting a beating on Rutgers right now, having won the first game 30-15 and up in the second game 9-4 as i write this.

but, let's not forget OUr field hockey team...beating #4 Duke yesterday!!!!!

could it be that Ohio wins a second straight women's all-sports trophy? it's a long year but this is a good start, i'd say.
Whether you like volleyball or not, having the nation's longest home winning streak is good publicity for the conference.
FWIW, Ohio's Women's Field Hockey team also opened their season by defeating #4 ranked Duke.
CMU has won all its matches to date:

Beats WGB 3-1 to win own tournament.

Bobcats extend home winning streak to 52 matches.

ATHENS, Ohio - The No. 25 Ohio volleyball team cruised in the final match of the Hampton Inn Volleyball Challenge, defeating Rutgers 3-0 (30-15, 30-11, 30-15) in the Convocation Center. The Bobcats posted 55 kills and set a new match record with a team hitting percentage of .505, en route to their 52nd straight win at home, second in all of NCAA Division I, trailing only No. 1 Nebraska's 54-match home winning streak.

I guess Nebraska snuck past us playing more games at home as a Big XII school. Boy did we crush Rutgers out of the Big East today.
