Kiper picked WVU to win the league and expect good years from USF and Pitt if Bostick can come through for them. Did not mention UC, also he expects Rutgers, Louisville and West Virginia to have 10 plus wins with WVU winning the league.

South Florida may get the most unexpected media attention if they go into Auburn and come out with the win. I think that is a distinct possibility. For some reason, I think this will be another banner year for THE BEast!
