Ya'll did pretty good against our defense... they were confused a lot this afternoon. Remember, we have freshmen quarterbacks and wide receivers - who would have thought the Noles would be ranked #4 in the nation... not me

From the Tampa Tribune, Wednesday, October 12th...
•How consistent has Florida State's defense been the last two years? Wake Forest's 24 points in a 17-point loss to the Seminoles on Saturday is the most scored by an FSU opponent since a season-ending 38-34 victory at Florida in 2003. Saturday's game also marked the first time in five years that FSU's defense did not force a turnover.
• "Credit the Wake Forest coaching staff," FSU senior LB A.J. Nicholson said. "They did a terrific job with the scheme and we've just got things to work on, but bar none, that was the best offense that I think we've faced in a long time."

Somehow Wake always manages to give FSU a run for their $$. It gives me hope that our program is moving in the right direction.
