Oh yeah...Maryland will still be good:
They have some very good veteran players (Jrs. and Srs.), some good freshmen, and a great coach in Gary Williams.
They probably shouldn't be top 25 in the preseason, but things can change a lot during the season. And as the world of college basketball is, you don't have to have a lot of talent to win basketball games.
