I've been thinking about this for sometime lately. With Saddam's trial, three of his attorney's have been killed. They were on their third judge. I think to anyone with half a brain you could see the court was stacked against him. I wonder if the jury even had any Sunni's or bathists?
Now to switch this around. If you could stack the courts. I gaurantee you you could get 12 Americans, 12 Voting radical blue blooded Americans and convict G.W. Bush 43 on crimes against humanity and probably even get the death sentence. Think about that.

The same thing used to happen to jurors in trials for mobsters. Can we say the same thing about the mobsters? That the courts were stacked?
