CSNbbs - State/UNC game thread

Both teams starting out a little cold today...but we're playing good interior defense on Lang.

We need to play well today. Big game on hand. Wake showed us today that anything can happend in the ACC.

Grundy finally breaks the State drought.

Archie hits a big 3 and UNC turns it over.

We're playin a little sloppy right now.

This sucks! I can't get the game.

They killed Evtimov..no foul...Scott turns the ball over on the fast break.

We come back and Scooter gets fouled.

Hits 2 free throws...11-9 UNC.

Grundy hits a jumper in transition then we go on a full-court trap that surprises the hell out of UNC.

They get the ball upcourt after a scramble for a loose ball, Lang gets fouled and UNC goes ahead 13-11.

UNC's own Kenny Smith saying that UNC "talent" argument does not hold, and that UNC has a lot of talent.

Josh Powell gets hammered down low and another "no-call". Lang gets free for an easy dunk.

UNC 15-11.

I was figuring that you guys were going to take out 12 years of frustration on these guys tonight! Are the fans being relentless?

Lang then hits a lay-up and gets fouled. Our defense didn't get back quick enough.

UNC 18-13...Official TO.

We're not shooting well, and our defense is making mistakes giving them easy buckets.

Scooter hits a 3...Williams hits a 2.

Grundy comes back with a sick spin move in the lane, hits the floater and gets fouled.

He's got 8 midway through the first half. Looks like he's going to have a big senior day.

20-18 UNC. UNC turns the ball over again.

Scoot hits a 3...23-18 UNC.
