Just thought that I would alert the world to the genius of 7-11. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" /> My stepson told me today that 7-11 (some stores...I guess it depends on what flavors they want to put up) has Vanilla Coke Slurpees, so we went and had one...and it was awesome! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" /> Just thought I'd share the news to the few people out there that actually like the stuff. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" />

I haven't tried a Vanilla Coke slurpee yet. But yesterday I went to QuikTrip and they let you add your own cherry or vanilla syrup to your drink. Good grief-don't let Boy read this thread!!! Our nearest 7-11 is about 2 hours away. He and his future college roomie actually went online the other night o find a store and were trying to plot a road trip just for Slurpees!!!

I don't like Vanilla Coke...but the Mt Dew Ice Blue Shock Slurpees at 7-11 are awesome!

To tell you the truth I have never had a slurpy...and vanilla coke was ok, I guess you have to like cream soda to like it and Im not a big cream soda guy...give me some root beer! (Barqs is the best!)
I don't even like root beer that stuff is disgusting....

After you've had that, you can never go back to the fake stuff....

I do remember talking in depth about cream soda, though. We had votes for Dr. Brown's, IBC, and A&W... and maybe more.
I used to not like root beer at all. It's still not my preference, but I can drink it every now and then when my roommate buys it.
