Very sorry to see that LL.
I am so sorry to hear about this happening LL...I too have lost a pet in the past so I know how tough it can be but remember you have friends here at NCAAbbs.com so drop me a line if you need a friend to talk to

LL.. I'm really sorry about your dog. People that have never had dogs don't realize the bond that their owners have with them. It truly is like the loss of a member of the family. Virtual hugs aren't as good as the real thing, but I'm sending one anyway...
LL, Sorry about your dog.

~NOLEY~
My condolences, LL.

I lost a dog this past New Year's Eve.
LL...I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your dog. I know that words can't really lessen the pain that you're feeling right now...but I hope it helps a little to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you today.

(((((((((((LL)))))))))))))

(That's a hug, in case you're not familiar with AOL-speak.)

thanks guys

It is better now. he is all buried now. He was a good dog. as long as I keep busy
I'm sorry LL. I have a hard time when I lose a pet even though it hasn't happened to me in quite awhile. I've had my cat for about 12 years now. I was five or six when I got him so we have grown up together. Pets are truly like family members and I'm sorry that you lost one. I'm sending out a hug for ya!

Tasha
LL--when the Tenmile pack, Buddy, Bob, and Mook, go out and holler at the night tonight, I'll send a prayer your way...
Sorry to hear this LL....Feel better!
The sorrow felt...Is because of the joy that
has been lost!

But in your moment of depression, Attempt to
reconcile in your mind and spirit how lucky
you were to have had him for 13 years!

Time...We write not only with empathy but with
sympathy. Time...Time heals all. Believe me,
six months from now, you will still long for your
pet, but you will be able to think of all the
fun you two had.

Keep busy...
Just this side of Heaven, is a place called Rainbow Bridge...

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food and water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing: they miss someone very special to them; who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. The bright eyes are intent; the eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to break away from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. YOU have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

THEN YOU CROSS RAINBOW BRIDGE TOGETHER...
Sorry LL-my hugs going your way too.
