Because I made an error in my original post, several folks believed the challenge started today! So, scores registered on 3/18 will count towards this challenge!
So, Terpy is now in the lead with 94,360!

Pooh....you should let people register for this challenge up until its over. No harm done, they just have less time to try to win if they get to it later. What do you think?
I am! I had already posted that on the original thread and on the thread in the Sports Bar.
The problem that we found with doing Yahoo Challenges is that if you have previous high score before the challenge begins, for example, 90K.. and you only score 80K during the challenge.. it will not register because you did not beat your previous score.. even if no one else scores higher than 80K. Do you understand the predicament?
I guess we'll live and on learn on this one.

Terpy did something very similar to this in the Conference Tournament Challenge. I hope this isn't becoming a pattern!

Actually, I can't blame all the people that played yesterday because many of them were just practicing and trying to learn the game. I didn't realize the 'predicament' until last night. UDC and I tried to find a way around it, but couldn't. Sorry guys. It won't happen on one-on-one play, but on the single player games.. it will always be an issue.

I would like to point out that Terpy has played 140+ games and his average score is under 5000. The 94000 score is definitely an anomaly.

Well I must admit I was one who was practicing. I had never played the game before so I wanted to try it out. It's addictive!!!

Well I can't get in anywhere. I got a message saying to log off and then log back on because they had a new server. Anybody else have the same problem?
