Olu Famutimi, is one of the best SGs in the 2003 class. He has commited to Arkansas.
Quote from Dan Wetzel, CBS Sportsline....

"The smooth, 6-5 wing is a top 10 national talent from Flint, Mich. Heath is using all of his old recruiting ties to get this one done because a commitment from Famutini would not just bolster the Arkansas roster, it would send a signal to every kid in the nation that the Hogs are back. "

Well, tell every kid now... THE HOGS ARE BACK!!!!!

This is huge for the UA program. Stan Heath so far has 3 of his "Dream 4" wish list down... with only Ronnie Brewer left to complete the recruiting class he wanted.

Nolan said you couldn't recruit top athletes, especially African-American ones, to Fayetteville. Stan Heath on a daily basis is proving him wrong. He's on a serious roll at UA.

Great news for the HOGS. WPS!

Another one of the top players in the class of 2003 is off the board, as 6-6 SF Olu Famutimi has decided to play for Stan Heath, and the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Olu visited Missouri last weekend, but in the end, decided that his game would fit in best, down in Arkansas.

I had the chance to see Olu quite a few times this Summer, and came away impressed each time. At the Big Time Tournament in Las Vegas, Olu almost single handedly, carried the Hurricanes to the final eight.

He will now concentrate on his Senior season, at Northwestern High School, where he averaged over 22 points per game, last season.
