Matt Doherty -- "Our schedule is a bear, starting out with the Preseason NIT which is always a great tournament and continuing right on through the ACC. Every game we can play before the ACC starts, the better off we will be. This will be one of the youngest teams in school history with six freshmen, three sophomores, no juniors and only two seniors, so it is important to get every opportunity to expose them to game experiences."
i have a question...

how do they decide who plays on which team for the blue/white game? i've always wondered this but never asked.

Well, in years past the teams seemed to be divided evenly in talent. Two years ago, Haywood and Capel were on one team -- the White, I believe -- while Forte and Lang were on another. Those were the top four playing in that game (I don't believe Peppers or Curry played in that game because of football).

hmmm...

i wonder how they will be split this year?

one thing is for sure, felton and holmes will probably be on different teams, they are our only "true" point gaurds... but in the middle it gets kinda shaky, we have soo many wing gaurds! may and grant will most likely be seperated also....

any other predictions?
I'm thinking that we put Felton, Manuel, Noel, May on one team -- and Scott, McCants, Jawad and Grant on another. Scatter the other guys around for both teams, and it seems pretty even to me.
