I clicked on a thread on the C-USA page and got this message:

Where, in specific, were you when you got this, and what was the name of the thread?

It's because the topic is older than 30 days.
You're trying to view the latest topic using the 30 days or earlier view (default) --> trouble is its older than 30 days.
The board goes.. "uhh... what??"
