Florida State led Virginia 28-4 early in the game tonight. UVA tried to make a comeback, but couldn't get any closer than 12 pts until there were 10 minutes left in the game. That's when they really turned it around. UVA stormed back in the last couple minutes to force OT, then won the game 82-80 on a putback at the buzzer.

So a night after the FSU men came from 24 down to beat Carolina, the women blow a 24 point lead and lose to Virginia. I guess what goes around comes around.
except this is women's hoops and nobody cares.
Women sports = :roflol: :roflol:
some of them games are pretty good

like the Duke-UConn game this year

That game was only good for about 1 minute.
Everything has exceptions. Just some have more than others.

In all fairness though, I don't watch women's sports either, with the exception of some college hoops and soccer.

I do enjoy playing practically any and every sport imaginable though, so, um, . 03-razz
Dismissing women's sports as a whole is ridiculous. Come on. Women's college sports are in large part very competitive and women's college basketball attracts hundreds of thousands of fans.

WNBA, however, is a joke. 03-puke

actually, all women's sports are boring. what a low skill level.
I enjoy watching women's hoops on occasion, especially the big time matchups. It's not as enjoyable as the men's game but its fun to watch.

And occasionally, you get to see players like Tennessee's Brittany Jackson...

oh please, i'm allowed to state my opinion. There are plenty of people who like women's sports, but i'm not one of them.

And if I think that a Duke team is great, am I not allowed to state my opinion too? And have it open for criticism?
What's that saying about glass houses?
