Those Florida recruits are amazing. If I were a college coach I'd set up a second house in south Florida and camp there in the recruiting season.
Louisville's defense should be stellar this year, we return 10 of 11 starters from a good defense last year. I just wish we had better competition to test it against.
According to everyone else, we should have the worst defense ever fielded! Just because we lost some great players, there is no way we can possibly have good ones left behind them.... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="rolleyes.gif" />

You are just too sensitive on the issue. If someone says something less than 100% complimentary about your beloved Heels, you freak out. For example, if I said that I thought Carolina would finish fourth this year because they lost a lot of defensive players, you would take that as a personal insult and tell me how they will finish second. Relax, breathe, and chill out.
Our defense will be good enough to not lay down and die when up 24 points in the second half.

BPD: I would take anyone on this board's saying we would finish fourth as a compliment. By the way, what did you predict us to finish this year? Was it fourth?
My sensitivity is the same as yours in that if I post anything on the Wake board (even something semi-supportive), you are on there in a flash to say something such as "we appreciate your concern, but we'll be fine." I'm not being critical -- just saying that we all get somewhat sensitive about our teams. That does not make me super RoboHeel or you ultra-defensive Deac. That just means we love our teams....

I think fourth is a good possibility. But, since I am only sure about 1 and 9, anywhere from 2 to 8 would not surprise me.

Tech- Will be awesome this year! 2nd Top LB corp in the nation by Athlon...Gathers, all-american DL, will have yet another awesome season, and our DB corp was ranked 10th in the nation by Athlon...anyone better?
offense is another story
As long as our corners have a good season, we will be alright on defense. The pass rush is far far far improved from last year with DE Jackson stepping up big time this spring, something that we were lacking last year, 15 sacks??? Never heard of before at FSU. Line is solid, LB's are solid, safeties are solid, only question would have to be our corners, but then again, with no pass rush your secondary can get killed too.
