F.E.M.A. will definitely be the most gruesome aspect of the Illuminati's New World Order from the general public's perspective, because it will be the F.E.M.A. goons who will be kicking in doors in the middle of the night, depositing those unfit for slave labor into the gas chambers and cracking the taskmasters whips over the slaves' backs.
The United Nations would manage the Global slave state and decide what form of terror would best manipulate and manage the general public in any area of occupation at any given time.
