My computer (mainly the internet) has been running really slow lately, and I'm not exactly sure why. I've got an anti-virus program and Ad-Aware, and have run them multiple times on different settings and they continue to find nothing. One of the wierd things my computer is doing is on this message board. It will put links randomly throughout posts.

Does anyone know what I can do to figure out what is slowing down my internet? Hotmail is also acting up. I can't delete messages on the Inbox page.
