I heard a rumor from GTS that the national championship started in Blacksburg today... I just thought it was supposed to be Georgia Tech's championship, not VT's championship... I believe Texas will finally do it, and win their championship this year anyway.

- And, what I stated mlb, was that the last time GT played a Top 5 team at Virginia... was in 1990. That was when GT beat #1 UVA on the way to a Nat'l Championship. This was the biggest game in GT football since the Joe Hamilton era Florida State games. They didn't disappoint -- they depressed. They shamed. They quit. They should have forfeited to stop the bleeding instead of dragging it out with a team that threw in the towel. It's only going to get uglier when they aren't trying -- even against a I-AA second string.
