of course not. i'm saying that if we were a more homogeneous society, the crime rate would fall. that's common knowledge. i know that mr. bennett sounded racist, but it wasn't like it sounded. if we had only black people in this country, there'd be a lot less crime than their is now. but America is a heterogeneous society.
