I know I will get blasted for this, b/c, well b/c people hate me here, but if you go back and look at our last three possessions, it is not pretty. With under 1 minute left, we had two possesions, both of these included Andre dribbling 35 feet away from the basket for 25 seconds and then a wild three by a not great shooter. If it wasnt for our hustle, they wouldve gotten the rebound and possibly ended the game. I want the ball in CDR or Hunt's hands when the game is on the line. Dont wanna sound negative, I am just as excited as everyone else, hell I cant even talk today, b/c my voice is gone. Just think we can possible work on some "plays" for big game situations.
Um, they were trying to run the clock down so A&M wouldn't have time to run a big play...that's why Andre was running all over.
The ball went to Hunt for the last shot, it just didn't fall. I agree that it could have just as easily fallen into A&M's hands after he missed the 1st time, but thankfully it didn't, and our guys hustled to get the rebound.
Wouldn't necessarily disagree with that, but the 3 Andre put up was a pretty wide open shot and was online just short. I think CDR was covered.

Andre got a great look, Hunt had a great look and we dominated the offensive glass on that final posession. It couldn't have gone any better.

That was kinda frustrating to me to. Just watching us dribble the shot clock out, but trust me when I say that was not the plan. Texas A&M basically forced us into do this. Did you not realize that with about 3:30 left in the game Texas A&M went to a Triangle-and-2 on defense. They were all over the two guys we wanted with the ball. I don't recall us ever going against one this season so i'm sure it was an odd look for the players. We did the best we could with the situation and luckily outhustled our opponents. I seriously think that our depth won that game for us. Little things here and there point to A&M not having their legs fully under them at the end of the game.

CDR's ankle must have been killing him by the end of the game: otherwise, they would have fed it to him and let him take it to the hoop, like he did in Spokane.
