If so, I have a question. In The Knights Tale, Chauser spells one of the princes names Arcite and Arcita. Anyone know why? I need the answer for an extra credit assignment, but I cant find it anywhere. Google isn't doing me any good.
Thanks in advance!
sad thing is, i can still recite most of the prologue from my senior year of high school, but i couldn't tell you what i did yesterday.

I know what you mean...I had to recite 50 lines from Shakespeare's "MacBeth" more than 25 years ago for an English exam, and I still can't get those lines out of my head...talk about useless knowledge! lmfao
Isn't it The Millers Tale where the wife is having an affair and then another suitor comes by requesting a kiss so her boyfriend sticks his arse out the window for the guy to kiss and then farts in his face? Good stuff.
That is the one many had to memorize the prologue in Old English isn't it? I used to remember it but now all my brain hears is the opening to Rock of Ages by Def Leppard. lol
