A quick glance at the Opening of the NCAA Regionals.

Only One Regional Top Seed was beaten. Georgia Tech.

However NINE #2 seeds were beaten at the 16 regionals.

Number two's that were beaten are:
Clemson
Arkansas
Mississippi
Costal Carolina
So Miss
UNLV
Arizona
Richmond
Minnesota

Well...by 2 pm tomm. we'll be down to 48 and by the
end of the day...down to 32.

Certainly some surprises in those teams that got beat... :rolleyes:

I thought Ga Tech would stuggle in the tourney but I thought they'd make it to the supers, I suspected they were overrated somewhat most of the year, they did not do well against upper echelon opponents in the ACC and had a pretty weak OOC schedule, still though Im very surprised they went 0-2! Too bad for all the tech fans here I was hoping ASU, FSU and GT would make it to Omaha it would make for some good chat around here!
