Can we make one of two changes on this board? Either....

1) Change text on the header to navy blue instead of white, or
2) Change the background back to light blue and the header background back to navy.

The white text on the light blue header background is a pain to try to read.

The stylesheets for the boards are daunting ---> but I'll take a look and see if I can change up just those places
