A little history here. Back in 2003 the Bucs played UNC-G on NATIONAL- not regional- TV and the Bristol Herald-Courier did not send a writer out.
Their sports editor literally came on the boards and pleaded with us that he was short on staff- that he had to have King College covered- etc.
Basically, we didn't buy it, and the end result was that I do know now the H-C has a LOT of stringers available- and good ones, too (Alan LaMountain, for instance).
Regardless, I don't know whether to say the Press is a fish wrap because they thought two high school games were more worthy to put on their website today (and though I know the game went into overtime- come on- you had more than two hours!)

Applaud them because the way things have been going at ETSU, the less coverage they get, the better.
Incidentily, this isn't really a surprise, but tricitiessports.com had the game third as well, under a couple of high school games.
