Big changes in this, the next to the last update.
UAB and Rice had huge late surges.
We have confirmed all PayPal donations we are able to prior to 7/21.
All donations through PayPal on or after 7/21 will be confirmed on the final update.
We are also still confirming snail mail donations.

Regardless though, we SHATTERED our highest goals ... and have so much left over that we may just cover NEXT YEAR'S server renewal, as well as domain renewal.
