Burrowing, are the Troy bats this good or was Cooney's new rotation simply inexperienced and overmatched? To take 2 of 3 the way Troy did on the road is surprising to say the least. Well I won't make up my mind until they play UCF and Stetson.

A little of both actually-Troy's bats looked incredibly good and besides Mickey Storey(our Friday starter) and Mike McBryde(our closer) every FAU pitcher is looking bad these days. We need to avoid a sweep by UCF this coming weekend if we hope to stay in the top 6 in the conference and its pretty much all on Storey's shoulders on Friday night to save us. I think FAU will again win on Friday and lose Saturday and Sunday on their trip to Orlando. If you guys somehow win Friday you can really celebrate because it will only get easier after that.
do the top 6 make the conference tourny? I've never paid much attention to the baseball tourny because Mercer has always been terrible.
