For all intents this site appears to have gotten off the ground around 4/4/07. Going back, that's a few days after the BI archives shut down, and it's the first day that I can see double digit posts on threads.

In the last 9 days this site has done about 440 posts or about 49 a day. Not bad when you consider we're in the off season and a number of BI posters have not connected to this site.

As football season nears and games begin we should easily triple that number of posts. A few of the MAC schools here have had traffic here for a long time, and in some cases, this is their primary site. None the less we should be 4th in traffic here (passing Akron by) before the start of summer, and should pass Kent by around this time next year.

He11, a few more quality political arguments and we should own the traffic on the MAC site. 04-chairshot
haha, i'm glad I'm not the only dork looking at the total post counts compared to each of the other mac schools. Move over EMU, we are about to pass you!
Where do you freaking nerds find out that information? I want to see it too
i went back until i saw doubledigit posts and counted. We do it the old fashioned way.............we coooounnnt them one post at a time 03-melodramatic
screw that... They do have a cool feature that shows where in the world people are posting from. You can bring it all the way into street level. Its a little creepy.
Yeah OB1, it reminds me of that old Patsy Cline song, "Where's That Place Called Creepy Streeeeeettttt?"
if you just want to see total posts and topics, go to the macbbs site by clicking on the macbbs icon. Look where it shows all the school names and look to the right. That shows total topics and total posts.

That folks moved over during the middle of FB recruiting season. One of the posters who moved from M-Dead had quit posting there and needed a place to post. He is a very prolific recruiting poster.

Once basketball recruiting is over, then that forum will slow down.

good to have more MAC schools represented on the MACbbs forum.

Kind of like a 'one stop, shopping' for MAC info.
Personally, I love having the other MAC fans next door here. I like seeing fans from other schools reading our board and posting here. It's one of the things that was seriously lacking about being on BI....just too hard to do there. Some of the most fun I've ever had on the internet was interacting with other MAC fans.
When we get to football season Im sure there will be plenty of interaction with the other MAC schools
Nice to see you here, Goldsworth. I was wondering if you'd gotten the news about this place.
We should pass BG and EMU by this week. We'll catch Akron by June.

During peak bball and football season we were averaging 200 posts a day. Those numbers get achieved because of the game threads, which do 200+ posts alone. With those numbers we should overtake the others on this site by the year 2009. Take it to the bank 05-footinmouth

It's not that accurate. Each pin has a margin of error as big as 50 miles in any direction.
Nice traffic on here today. Good to see. 04-rock
Ive kind of followed the trail when activity on BI began to dwindle,I do like this format better because the whole league is here and it will make for a more lively board.
On April 4th there were about 400 posts here. We're around 1200 just 10 days later, even though we're out of season for all intents.
