Colorado men's basketball coach Ricardo Patton said he's no longer a candidate for the Middle Tennessee State University job.
Patton, 43, said he interviewed last week with Middle Tennessee State athletics director Boots Donnelly. Patton was an ***istant at the school from 1988-90. He said Donnelly basically wanted to talk about other names to replace Randy Wiel.
Patton's seven-year record at Colorado is 105-91.
