With opening day just over a week away, a question I was thinking to myself is of the 6 organizations which are generally regarded to have the best fans, which is the best of the best

The Cubs draw good, no doubt, but I would have included them if the poll was "Which baseball team has the most references a city's Chamber of Commerce pamphlets". It is an old saying but it is true. Most Cub fans do not know what is going on in the game and are just there to absorb some sun and meet people. Nothing wrong with that at all, but that does not make a good baseball fan. Now of course there are great loyal Cub fans out there, but I just do not feel they make the top 6.

that "sell out" arguement is soo old, almost as old as its been since the cubs last won the world series. Please, come up with new material to bash the sox.
