Raymond is one of six prospects featured on the scouting page of the WNBA's website, http://www.wnba.com/features/mcghee_scou...70315.html She is the only player listed on the website from the Mid-American Conference.
Raymond led the Huskies (19-12) in scoring this season, averaging 18.9 points and 6.5 assists a game. She started the season No. 17 on the Huskies all-time leading scorer's list, finishing in fifth with 1,721 points. She set the Huskie record for assists in a season with 201.
The senior guard out of Rockford, Ill. was named to the Kraft MAC All- Tournament Team at the 2007 Kraft MAC Women's Basketball Tournament after averaging 20 points a game in the tournament and was named Most Valuable Player of the Mildred and Roger L. White Tournament at Northwestern. She posted 30-point games against Bradley, Kansas and Toledo and earned MAC Player of the Week honors three times in 2006-07.
The 2007 WNBA Draft will be held in the Renaissance Hotel in Cleveland, Ohio April 4. The draft will begin at noon CST and be televised live on ESPN2.
