Great get for the Owls. Hardin has ties for both schools as he coached Staubach @ Navy so he may be speaking from emotion but the suburbs may come out strong w/american support on Labor Day weekend before heading to the shore.
Either way this game will draw well for the Owls as Navy is the next best thing other than Penn State and ND to come to Philly.

Navy is a great draw.The Rockets' Glass Bowl attendance record 36,852 was against Navy in 2001. I would love to see the Owls draw 50,000+.
