WMU coach Steve Hawkins, who was called for a technical foul in overtime arguing a traveling violation, was frustrated with not having fouls called on some of the Broncos' turnovers.

"They foul a lot and get away with it," Hawkins said. "If you don't get it called, then there's a good chance you're going to turn the ball over, and today we turned it over too much." coach said...

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS. At one point, late in the second half, WMU had attempted 22 free throws to Toledo's 4. How is that getting away with it? Unbelievable. Was I the only one that was wondering how many times Tino was getting fouled and it never called?? Geesh!

Go Rockets!
There wree some questionable non-calls on steals but OMG, Reitz and Tino were one big traveling foul show the whole game and nothing was called. WMU was over the back on half their rebounds and nothing was called. The refs just didn't show up IMO and that's OK as long as it works both ways. If there was any lopsidedness it was, as you say, in WMU's favor-If the fouls are even close we win in reg.
What type of cheese does he like with his whine?
