Dear Bobcats,
You have a couple decent post players. Let them participate. Thanks.

Looks like OU stands to get hosed tonight more than usual because of the snowstorm - this from cleveland.com:
"the Mid-American Conference office assigned officials in the Akron area to the game."

Let's be fair. It could work out.
This happened a couple of years ago in Kent and we had to get a former KSU player who is an official to fill for a game vs. Buffalo, and their fans never complained.

Eastern 30
Toledo 26
The Rockets looking awful tonight. Eastern's inability to take care of the ball is what's making this a close game.

EMU shooting 50%, 6-11 from three and only up 4. Wow. 18 boards, too.

Eastern playing really well so far but the 13 Turnover's are seriously hurting them right now

I personally think that Toledo had an emotional letdown after beating Akron the other day. This season has been very emotional for Toledo and they are dedicating the season to Haris Charalambous. Toledo started very badly and started to play well with about 8 minutes left in the game and pulled away.

Yeah, heard a little about that down here in the Carolina's..... i predict Toledo will be dangerous again come tourney time.

We're young and inexperienced and this leads to turnovers. I would prefer to say EMU lost to Toledo only because we are going through growing pains this season. With the exception of the Kent game the team has played competitively. Would be nice to have Medlock back but the team isn't playing like its making excuses for his absence. Nothing more emotional than losing your best player and captain, but they're not giving up. I like to think that Bowdry, Dumes and Dobbins are paying their dues this season, but a year from now, MAC fans should be watching EMU. These kids are good and talented.
