Tim Lester leaves to take a job as a DIII Defensive cooridinator. WTF is really going on here?

I don't see it as any big thing. I suspect he is going there to be closer to his kid and to gain more experience in other areas and build his resume.

Coach Sullivan also left to return to the NFL.

someday, you can count it. Tim will lead the Broncos as their head coach in the future. Depending on what kind of run Bill Cubit will have, he my very well be their next head football coach.

Although family has to come first, it must have been hard for Lester to leave the Broncos. There's never been a question of his WMU loyalty. I expect that we'll see him back in Kalamazoo, and it may not take 10 years.
