Well, since scout.com changed their format and I don't feel like changing...I'm too old.

So I'm going to put up shoppe here and see how it works.

I'm not very crazy about the new scout board myself. Missing several features I liked on the old one.

Scout just screwed themselves royally by that stoopid software change. I can't post there (won't accept my commands), so there's no sense being there.

Always did like coming here, although there weren't many Broncos here. Some really good general discussions with some smart, funny peeps from many different MAC schools.

So carry on....... Somebody entertain me, or I'll have to go do housework.

Just posted a link to here over on the old BI Lounge Board. People ought to have a choice as to where they want to hang out. So many Bronco fans aren't aware of this site, and it's a good one.

I hope people come over here... that new format sucks and maybe we will not have all the problems we had the last few months on BI...

We would lose local control for moderators, that would force some of us to be on our best behavior.

could we see if they would let moe or MHB be the mod for this board? I see they have a chimp mod. I know MHB and Motown have posted here awhile.

It would also be nice to have 4 sub-forums, for football, bball, hockey and the rest.

But I think we could only request that if we had a lot of posts.

I'm not enuf of a tech geek to do that stuff. I like this place because there are some good posters from all over that visit these. Idiots, as well.

Did you see the update from the admin? The new features coming soon to these boards are going to be really neat. Posting YouTube and Google videos in theads, etc.

I'm hoping we can get a lot of our people posting over here.

I posted here before under "Whinny" and some other user name back in the early days. Had problems with getting in under my passwords after software changes though, so had to reregister recently. I liked it here a lot, though I didn't spend mega time here. Too little time, too many message boards. You know how that goes.

I remember the mods and admins here allowing quite a bit, but they were adament about not permitting links to other board sites. I know the all-MAC discussion threads got quite heated and quite hilarious, so unless things have drastically changed, we don't have to worry about board Nazis.

Oh yeah, and I see that CMichFan and RocketFootball are some of the powers-that-be here. Both cool guys that I respect a lot, regardless of their school allegiances. Heh.

I'm now here as well, but like Lee - on this site a different name than on the Bronco board. ( I had different names from the get-go)

I checked this place out during the most recent banning era. Seeing as I couldn't even open the new BI to see if anybody started posting over there, I guess I'll frequent the MACbbs. Hopefully most of the old crew will make their way over.

We need more action on here though.

Maybe a WMU vs Miami game thread is in order.

There certainly hasn't been a lot of action over on the new BI today, although there were comments on the old BI that a lot of folks were headed over there.

Yep, I've been around the MACbbs neighborhood for years. Though I have no desire to be a mod here or anywhere. Heh.
