Center Eddie Adamski of Northern Illinois and KR specialist David Harvey of Akron named to the Football Writers Association of America/Scripps Freshman All-American Team.

Congrats to both! That's five MAC players in the past two seasons to be named to the FWAA team which is significant because the FWAA only names a first team, no 2nd, 3rd or honorable mention.

Wow, sweet! Makes it that much better that Ron Zook tried to steal Eddie Adamski from us after he had already verballed and Adamski straight up told him no and that he was going to NIU!

Very cool, I believe the FWAA only chooses one team so getting 2 MAC players named is quite an accomplishment. E Adamski worked his tail off this year and I look forward to seeing him on the oline for 3 more years! :clap2:
