I was just about to reach through my tv screen and smack the guy. I don't remember anyone posting this but it was during one of the early games(don't remember which) that commentator made comment that the Fiesta Bowl was the "affirmative action bowl" or Okalahoma was playing the "affirmative action team". Everyone around him laughed loudly and one guy trying to be polite(but it was obvious he shared that view) he said that wasn't fair.

Actually, I heard the same comment (can't remember where but I think it was on the radio) but they were taking a shot at ND. Obvious reference to their getting a BCS Bowl when it is obviously not deserved. In that context I totally support the phrase! lmfao
