Akron is at #13 and OHIO is at #24.
the MAC's two best teams meet head on in Athens this Saturday at 7:00pm in what should be a great game and an offensive shootout in the Convo!

I would rather we withdraw from that stupid mid-major poll.
i like it. it's a way of getting recognition from our peers, and like it or not, the "mid-major" schools are our peers. we're 9-3 and we haven't gotten even 1 vote from the "major" polls. and unless we win a ridiculous number of games, we won't get recognition from them.
i see nothing wrong with it.
To me, it's like admitting we're in a smaller league than the power conferences. It's almost giving up and running up the white flag. It doesn't do anything for us.
i wish we had a good team...
