This was kind of old news to the CMU fans. We were hoping to have the new video up at K/S this past fall but the deal fell through. Good news is that the '07 version will be better than what we were getting in '06.

Whos next? Kent and Eastern? Then again, they do have two of the better 1970's high school scoreboards I have seen.

KSU's new scoreboard and video boards are already in place in the MACC.

Eastern considered a new video scorboard in '04 or '05 (I forget) but didn't have the $. They did Field Turf in '05.

Yes. Plans are in the works within the next year or two to make all the lower seats into chairbacks.

That wil make CMU an even better place to watch a game.

I was at Rynearson Stadium for the NIU football game this season. I must say, most of us were making fun of the scoreboard. Those giant pixelated dots were quite humorous. We were expecting to see giant stick figures on the replay "text" screen. Otherwise, i was very impressed with the stadium compared to other MAC stadiums. It was way better than Ball State's stadium. Although, i would hate to see Huskie Stadium as empty as Rynearson. There was maybe 1,000-1,500 poeple there at most.

Darn it, we have The Convo! You have the Convocation Center! (shakes fist from rocking chair on porch)

Put Ohio U's fans in Eastern's Convo, and then you'd have something. It's about my favorite MAC arena.

put 4K in the Convo's lower bowl and toss in 1 or 2K in the upper bowl, and Eastern's Convo would be a site to behold.

Shame this building half filled (4,400) would look great.

now is 4,400 fans too much to ask of Eastern?
