Congrats to Toledo's Barry church who was named 2nd Team Freshman All-American today by Scout.com. The true freshman had 71 tackles, 4 interceptions, including two being returned for touchdowns, and a couple of forced fumbles.

Congrats to him and Toledo. He was a player i really was hoping Buffalo would be able to get last year.
Church will also be 2nd Team Freshman All-American by the Sporting News when their list comes out Friday.
He's a GREAT ballplayer. I think you guys might only end up having him for 3 years though, he'll be playing on Sundays for sure.
I would hope Ball State QB Nate Davis would get consideration.
