Congrats CMU. I am impressed with your program. You are well coached, and your lines look big and mobile. Your skilled players are just that, and fast. Although we thought that we might be in the MACC game earlier in the year, I can see that you are light years ahead of us as a program.

Good luck in the bowl and do what you have to in keeping your coach.

CONGRATS CMU from a Southern Miss fan to you guys, I hope we can wrap up our CONFERENCE title tomorrow night. But again congrats on the win and good luck in you're gowl game.... Congrats to Ohio for a good season.

Funny to think I was there in BG the last time CMU captured the MAC crown. A bizarre day, as has been well documented.

But one thing that I'll always remember is how many Chips fans made the trip to NW Ohio that day and how loud and raucous they were. I always thought a healthy CMU would be a good thing for the MAC. And it's true!

Congrats to CMU. You were the better team tonight and your passing attack is incredible. No one have ever burned us that bad on the pass this entire season. You have a very solid freshman quarterback and many bright years ahead for your program. We were able to beat Miami even given all the problems we have had keeping our quarterbacks healthy since Everson got injured in the Akron game. But, you were just too good for us not to have that position more figured out during the game and expect to win. I look forward to playing you guys again in the future.

Now, let's go out and win our bowls and do the MAC proud as champions of our divisions and especially for you as MAC Champions. Light up whoever you play in Detroit and we will do our best to keep the streak going in Mobile. The best thing about this year is that both our programs experienced such quick turnarounds to earn their right to be on the field in Detroit. Here is to both of our future success.

Thanks, all. I hope the game translated well by way of ESPN and made the MAC look good. It was a nice atmosphere, good play by both teams, and a very enjoyable game to attend. This was my 3rd consecutive MACC and they have all been fun. This was just a little sweeter after the last 8-10 years of misery. ;-)

Just got home from the game. Chips played a great game. CMU made the big plays and controled the turnovers, OU didnt. The better team definetly won tonight.

Hats off to the Chippewas. Enjoy this one. You have a heck of a team! I knew early on we weren't going to win this one. It could easily have been an even bigger win for you guys.

Also, this was my first encounter with CMU fans, and you're easily #1 in my book as far as MAC fans go. Classy bunch, knows how to have fun, brought the noise. I just hope we represented ourselves as well as you all did.

I think overall the game was a huge success for the MAC. It showed 2 very strong programs. Both schools traveled well and the Bands were terrific. Let's hope the MAC can win 4 bowl games and make more noise. As a Chippewa fan since 66 this was a fantastic journey, one long overdue but very much appreciated.
