Has anyone done this on the phone? I called the ticket office and they told me I had to either go to the convo to do it, or call ticketmaster. I went to ticketmasters website and they don't have our game listed. Any help?

Is it possible that their response is due to the short turnaround time? I mean the game is less than 48 hours away. They may feel that it is too late for tickets to be mailed?

Perhaps they do not want overzealous WMU fans, sniffing a sellout, to raid our allocation.

Call the Convo again and ask for someone who can help you order your tickets on the phone. Someone on the board did this earlier. Ask for their manager. The college kids running the ticket office know very little.
Or get them online through Western Michigan, just make sure you get Section G.

I ordered mine on Monday over the phone and was told they would confirm my order with a phone call in two days. I never received a call back so I called today. I was told that everyone who could help me was in a meeting. I sure hope when my sons and I get to Kzoo there are tickets waiting for me!

just order them through wmu athletics online----you can get sec G with NIU fans at the same price----you can get them will call---thats what i did---and most likely the safest way to guarante tickets. im in sec G row 38, but plan to move down and squeeze in, if possibly closer. we should have a good turnout for this game

I called this morning at 10 a.m. and ordered them over the phone.
You have to tell the airhead answering the phone at the convo that you can't order away game tickets in the NIU section on the internet and that you need to be transferred to some to buy them over the phone. She is stupid.
Once I did that I got the right person who had my credit card number and stuff and I only had to tell them I needed 5. That part couldn't have been easier. I will pick them up at will call.

It was me. Glad to see the ticket office has gotten their act together three days later. Why do these things keep happening?
I called Tuesday morning and was told the same thing: Come to the convo or go online. Well, when I told the girl that a) I work downtown and b) NIU doesn't sell away tickets on the website, she was pretty baffled. I asked her to transfer me and another woman took my order and said that my tickets would be at the NIU will call at Waldo. I think they will have an NIU table set up near the ticket window.
You should be able to order them over the phone and pick them up at will call. Call again.

Called back and got the tickets. Also mentioned to the person that the people that answer the telephone need to be educated about the road games. I said that I repeatedly told her that it was a road game to make sure that she knew and there was no confusion and she still couldn

Glad to see the ticket Manager has responded to my E-mail from last week. I went through the same problems last week when I wanted to order. I sent a professional e-mail saying I had to make three phone calls before I found someone who knew what was going on. He said he had lots of turnover and would let them know what the deal was. THAT WAS LAST WEEK. I guess it is tough to have a 10 minute training session with the people who work there.

i know jim phillips is a busy man, but maybe this should brought to his attention. niu's ticket office being a joke only hurts our program. we shouldnt have this problem ordering tickets.

Was anybody's ticket order screwed up? Mine was. I went to the NIU will call and my name wasn't on the list of ticket orders. Why am I not surprised?
