Pitt fans still don't respect us. There are lots of comments to support this on their message boards, but this one seems the most fitting:

If Pitt doesn't win by atleast 14, we didn't come ready to play.

This team doesn't belong on the same field as us.



Everyone going to the game needs to be loud as hell to help get our Rockets pumped up and hopefully we improve to 2-1 all-time against them!

Here's the link to the thread that comment was on. There are some other threads too about Toledo. There are like 3 Pitt fans that seem to respect UT, the rest think we suck.

Since we aren't in a BCS conference, I guess we shouldn't play BCS teams. (note:sarcasm)

Well--they didn't respect us the first time we went down there. That made our W in 03 especially sweet.

Realistically, home field advantage is huge. We had a young team in 02 and we basically have a young team again. We are a little banged up. BUT, if the guys can pull it together and play like they did at ISU, heck yes we can win. I watched a little of the Cinci game and thought they were 2 of the worst teams I'd ever seen. No reason to be intimidated going in there.
