...is it possible to order games on an individual basis? i've never done this before so i'm pretty clueless on how it works.

anyone who would care to give me his opinion would be appreciated. thanks!
you can order a game both as season package or indvidual basis.

Maybe best and most easy just to find a bar that has college football games..........a good sports bar should have ESPN game plan.
ok thanks. i'm hoping that some local station may pick it up like what happened with yesterday's game being picked up by Channel 51 here in Columbus.
The game's on MSG cable network, so if you have to you can drive to Buffalo and watch it at any sports bar.

lol thanks, zibby! i guess it doesn't hurt to have too many options! ;-)
I'm kind of in the same boat. The Syracuse game is on ESPNU, which I don't have. I'm trying to decide whether I want to drive to Syracuse and find a bar showing the game.
Comcast, at least, allows you to order the game on an individual basis...$19.95 as I recall from last year, although the price might have gone up this year.

Don't wait until the last minute to order though...I think you need to place your order at least a few hours in advance.

thanks NMBobcat! 'prreciate it!
YEAH! I just found out that Channel 51 in Columbus is going to pick up the game this Saturday so I don't have to get it through ESPN GamePlan! i was hoping they would do that since they carried the NIU game last week.
http://www.mac-sports.com and go to television.

sometime during the week they update their TV listing and it includes individual stations, including local over the air ones.

good site to check before driving, ordering ESPN GamePlan for the day, etc.
