Both teams pulled off the field.I've never seen it before.
oh so THAT'S what happened! i was following the game on ESPN GameCast and it went to "Final" and i'm like...ok there's no way this is final yet!

is it a thunderstorm or something like that? ironic if it is...i remember back in the early 1990s a game in Athens between Ohio and CMU where the teams were pulled off the field for a thunderstorm.
There is lightning within six miles of the stadium, can't mess around with that. I'm just wondering what the 100,000+ fans are going to do? The rain was coming down in buckets within a minute!

CMU had a chance to get a stop on a Michigan 4th & 7 in our territory, but the receive ran a good route and held on. I understand the rationale of playing off the receivers a bit with a young secondary but we need to be more aggressive, IMHO. We also couldn't corral a Mike Hart fumble on his first rushing attempt. We then had a turnover off a sack, as our young QB hesitated a fraction of a second during an interior pass rush. Fortunately, the defense held and Michigan was forced to punt.

The weather delay may actually help us, as some of the CMU skill players are showing some nerves, and the defense should appreciate the break. It will be Michigan ball in CMU territory, after the delay.
