As of Monday morning 8/14 all programs except the top 25 have been posted. Miami is not listed yet, so is in the top 25.

107 - Ohio
110 - Kent
111 - Eastern Mich
119 - Buffalo
The APR score is not a good measure of graduation success. If they went by graduation rates of NIU student athletes (or NIU Football players, specifically) then NIU would have a lot higher score. NIU is one of the top 25 schools for graduation rates of student athletes, much like 6 other MAC schools.
Decent apr score gets Toledo in the twenties.

NIU I agree its not the faireset way to look at things. UCF is in te 90's. I really don't believe that to be close to that program. New 50K stadium, bowl appearance etc.. As well some MAC teams are heading north but were hurt not from the mediocre program but the lack of coaching talent that hurt it, that has since been cured.(See Ohio and WMU, 2 solid programs w/great new coaches)
