#50 New Orleans-I knwo it's not there fault, buthow can they be #50 when the Saints played only a couple games there and the Hornets played 6(?) games in N.O.??

Criteria:
regular-season won-lost records (from the most recently completed season);

playoff berths, bowl appearances and tournament bids;

championships;

applicable power ratings;

quality of competition;

overall fan fervor as measured in part by attendance as percentage of venue capacity;

abundance of teams, though we reward quality over quantity;

stadium/arena quality;

ticket availability and prices;

franchise ownership;

marquee appeal of athletes

FWIW - I've seen this list in the past with DeKalb listed separately from Chicago. I doubt they've included them together this year.
