If you remember last year I was looking for someone from UT who might want to work with me on a project and I wanted to let you know that I was looking to eliminate alley trash collection with the eventual elimination of alleys alltogether. In Saturday's paper you may have noticed that Toledo is doing away with alley trash collection starting this September. This will be a good thing for those of us living in older, historical neighborhoods.
