It is my understanding that the bowl certification takes place tomorrow (Friday).
Also, sounds like the Houston Bowl is still trying to survive. Will be interesting to see if they make it or not.

Wow. Haven't seen any USF fans here since UCF left. Welcome back. It should be interesting. As everyone on here knows I doubt the Toronto bowl will be a go but I will be happy if it is.
