Two hours remain until game time. There isn't really much to say. Play Kent State defense and we will win without any doubt. The early foul trouble was sort of a blessing in disguise last night. A little rest for Dre and Nate and some valuable experience for Mincy. I just got done watching the TIVO of the game and had to watch Mike Scott's big slam again . Anyway, off to the game. Everyone have a beer or eight tonight and I'll have a few for everyone as well. :drunk2:

BTW, what a choke by the zippies last night. I have to admit I was disappointed. I really wanted a Kent / Akron final. So much for a MAC Tourney attendance record for tonight.

Alas, this afternoon my trip to the Q disintegrated. Wife not well (nothing serious, thank goodness, but bad enough for today). I'll be watching on TV.

I think it's bad news for UT that DeAndre has not had the best two games to start the tourney. I look for him to be on a mission tonight along with all of our other seniors--all playing in their 3rd MAC tourney title game preapring since October for this moment.

Gotta congratulate you on your win tonight and Good Luck at the "Big Dance". Don't think the Zips choked last night though, and Toledo came back at you pretty hard tonight also. Just wait until next year, when all those seniors are gone, and all those younger teams in the MAC attach that bullseye KSU back.

I'll compose myself and reflect on the game tonight after a few brews. This NCAA Tournament stuff never gets old. Everyone have a great night and get ready for Selection Sunday.

Axeme and Kflasher I had plenty on my own no worries. Kflasher were you at Flannerys after then game too? I was the guy starting the " WE ARE KENT STATE" chants
what a great time!! and youre right it doesnt get old i am just so proud of these guys and this is huge for the future as well!!!!!!
I think we re going to be a tough out in the tourney. Youngblood is legit and so are Haynes and Scott. Watch out big boys here we come..AGAIN!!!!
